Preamble.

This information cd. extended has been prepared for the website www.fayyia.com (henceforth only "Site") according to the provisions of Measure No. 229 of 8.5.2014 signed by the Privacy Guarantor (entitled "Identification of simplified procedures for information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies"), then clarified by Circular of 4.9.2014 signed by the same Guarantor (entitled "Internet: Privacy Guarantor, no to profiling cookies without consent").

This information is aimed, therefore, to provide the user navigator of the Site detailed information about the type and purpose of use of cookies on the Site.

Definition and types of cookies.

Cookies are small text strings that the site visited by the user sends to his terminal (usually to the browser), where they are stored and then transmitted to the same site the next time the same user visits.

For more general information on the nature of cookies, it is advisable to visit the following websites specialising in this subject: www.allaboutcookies.org and www.aboutcookies.org.

The cookies used on the Site consist of the following types:

1 - Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of "carrying out the transmission of a communication on an electronic communication network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the contracting party or user to provide this service" (see art. 122 paragraph 1 of the new Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).

Specifically, the following micro categories of technical cookies have been installed on the Site:

navigation or session cookies, which ensure the normal navigation and use of the website (e.g. allow to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas): they can be further divided into temporary session cookies and persistent session cookies: the former are used to store temporary information allowing to connect actions performed during a specific session, and are removed from the computer when the browser is closed; the latter, however, are stored on the user's device until they expire or are deleted by the same.

functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (e.g. language, products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided to the same.

analytics cookies, which are used by the site manager to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site.

2 - Cookies of so-called third parties: are those devices that are installed on a particular website by a party other than the manager of the site in question, the management of information collected by third parties is governed by the relevant information which please refer to. In addition, it should be noted that the so-called third parties, listed below, are, in general, autonomous holders of the so-called treatment:

Google
https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/ https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
DoubleClick - Google
https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=it
The type of cookies described in paragraphs 1) and 2) above does not require the prior consent of the user.

It should be noted that the Site uses so-called profiling cookies, i.e. those cookies aimed at creating profiles of the user, only with the explicit consent of the user. This is done in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the same during navigation on the network.

The following is a detailed description of the specific types of cookies that are currently installed on the Site.
